Who We Are

AAA Pro HVAC isn't chasing a national franchise footprint for its own sake — growth only happens where a real, properly staffed local crew is ready to back it up.

AAA Pro HVAC runs on one simple rule across Cornelius, OR: a technician doesn't guess, and a customer never gets surprised by the invoice.

We work on the systems actually installed in Cornelius, OR homes and businesses — split systems, packaged rooftop units, ductless heads, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps — not a narrow niche we're trying to stretch into everything.

EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling is required of every technician before dispatch, full stop, no exceptions.

Most of what keeps AAA Pro HVAC busy in Cornelius, OR is repeat business and word of mouth, not paid advertising — that's the kind of reputation that's hard to fake and easy to lose.

That record-keeping habit isn't required by anyone; it's just what a company that plans to still be answering your calls in ten years actually does.

Consistency across every Cornelius, OR job, not just the convenient ones, is what keeps our reviews honest instead of inflated.

Our Core Hvac Services

Here's the full scope of what our Cornelius, OR technicians handle, from routine calls to the ones other companies pass on.

Emergency Hvac Response

A dead system at the worst possible hour — a holiday, a heat advisory, the middle of the night — gets the same priority dispatch as any daytime call across Cornelius, OR. After-hours rates are quoted on the phone before dispatch, never buried until the final invoice. Technicians assigned to emergency Hvac response carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.

Residential Hvac Service

Every residential visit starts with an actual diagnostic — electrical, refrigerant, airflow, combustion where relevant — before a single number gets quoted. Maintenance plan customers get scheduling priority ahead of peak-season demand across Cornelius, OR. This is one of the Cornelius, OR calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Commercial Hvac Solutions

Downtime costs a business more than comfort, so commercial dispatch is scheduled around your operating hours, not treated as an afterthought behind residential calls. Preventive maintenance agreements for Cornelius, OR property managers and facility teams are built to keep equipment running and repair budgets predictable. Technicians assigned to commercial Hvac solutions carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.

Indoor Air Quality & Ductwork

Leaky, undersized, or disconnected ductwork can waste a meaningful share of a system's output before conditioned air ever reaches a vent — we test static pressure rather than sealing blind. Mastic sealing on every duct joint we repair, not tape, since tape fails within a couple of seasons in attic heat. Technicians assigned to indoor air quality & ductwork carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.

Heat Pump & Specialty System Service

Older or less common equipment across Cornelius, OR — legacy refrigerants, specialty commercial units — gets the same diagnostic rigor rather than a rushed replacement recommendation. Ductless heat pump systems, indoor head units and outdoor condensers alike, are within scope for our Cornelius, OR specialty crews. This is one of the Cornelius, OR calls our dispatch team fields most often.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Twice-yearly tune-ups across Cornelius, OR, one ahead of cooling season and one ahead of heating season, catch the small issues before they become mid-season breakdowns. Plan members across Cornelius, OR receive scheduling priority ahead of peak-season demand along with a discount on any repair found during the visit. This is one of the Cornelius, OR calls our dispatch team fields most often.
